Yes - we'll give you access to Figma source file where you can edit anything you want in all of the branding files you bought. Our team will do major customisation for you. We will add your company name, contact details, website link, social media, headlines etc.
Delivery process is split into 2 parts: First (right after purchase) you'll receive payment receipt and access to customisation form page. Second (after 24) our team will send you all customised designs via private brand portal website that contains font download links, exported files (PNG, JPG, SVG) and usage guidelines for your branding kit, and a copyright transfer document.
The brand kit purchase includes only support in the form of customising designs with all your company details. If you're looking for any ongoing design support later on - feel free to contact us via email or social media and we'll happily discuss details on long-term partnership.
Short answer is no. Due to the fact that our products are digital, and the fact that we protect our exclusivity guarantee, all sales are final. We'll happily adjust the design layout and colors to match your needs to make sure you're 100% happy with the purchase.
